This tire is a member of the Ecopia family that Bridgestone manufacturers to help drivers increase their fuel economy and reduce CO2 emissions. The Ecopia EP422 was designed to provide year-round traction with those two goals in mind. This tire makes use of some cool in house Bridgestone technology, including NanoPro-Tech, which is how they can make a tire with lower rolling resistance that still has good grip, even in light snow.
